The creators of Maison Privé Chefs Catering were looking for an opportunity to bring their food into the community of Bedford, NY.

It is their goal to offer healthy, delicious food and amazing coffee into the hands and homes of their friends, family, neighbors and wonderful visitors of Bedford Village.

While designing their retail space, they discovered that in the late 1890’s, the store G.E. Brown existed right in the village and served the local community. The team loved the idea of paying homage to a part of Bedford’s history and thus the store was named.

G.E. Brown offers a wide selection of prepared foods to go, treats for the kids, fresh pastries, sandwiches and salads made every morning. Plus amazing locally roasted coffee and espresso from Westchester's beloved Coffee Labs.

In addition to amazing coffee, great food and treats, G.E. Brown also procures provisions for the home and unique gifts for any occasion.

G.E. Brown also offers a full catering menu of our customers favorites foods.  Platters of your favorite sandwiches, salads and pastries can all be ready for you.  Catering items can be picked up in store or we can arrange delivery to the surrounding areas.
